DYNAMIC YOGA INTENSIVE is either
a nine or sixteen day intensive. The nine day course presents the sensitisation series of Xandravinyasa, through which
all the motor muscles are mobilised as the joints are recalibrated. The 16 day course continues on into the Suryavinyasa series
which integates all the joints while opening the body.
There are two classes every day but the first and last: morning 5 hours, afternoon 2 hours.
SOMATIC MEDITATION INTENSIVE presents meditation as a process of deep self enquiry into the nature and significance of physical sensations. Each day includes yoga posture ptractice, outdoors walking meditation and seated meditations. Private interviews with Godfrey are included. This course is open to anyone at all ready to become more intimate with the core intelligence upholding body and mind: the intelligence of consciousness.
Movement, stillness, intimate instruction and contact are used to access and release core sexual energy, so that the pleasure nature of the body reveals itself. Open to anyone interested in being fully alive, regardless of prior experience of yoga or tantra. There will be no sexual activity during this course, as we will be exploring the energies upon which satisfying sexual activity depends.
Through movement and stillness, solo and paired, you will be invited to experience, release and harmonise your core sexual energy so that you can live more freely and fully as a naturally sexual being.
