The discs

The "DYNAMIC YOGA SHORT PRACTICE: DOUBLE DISC VIDEO DVD:" is a double disc DVD set that will play in any standard DVD player that will play PAL format DVDs (most laptops and PCs will play both PAL and NTSC format).

All other discs contain audio files of talks and classes lead by Godfrey Devereux and also contain some text and image files.

All files will be supplied on a DVD disc recorded in DATA format which is readable in any PC or Mac.

The discs themselves are not playable in an audio CD or DVD player, but the files can be burned to a CD with your CD burning software of choice, or added to iTunes or any other Juke Box software and from there added to your MP3 player/iPod.

Payment & postage

Payment is by paypal which allows for buyers without paypal accounts to make a purchase with a valid debit or credit card. Note on the order form there is a choice to pay in Euros or Pounds Sterling. Please be sure to select the correct shipping zone on the order form, the shipping address will be specified during the payment process on the paypal site.

Where more than one 'disc' is ordered, they will be supplied on one physical DVD disc. If your computer is not capable of reading DVD data discs (eg. you have a computer that has no DVD drive) it is possible to have the files on CD, but each 'disc' will only fit on one CD, so extra postage may apply.
